THE CONCLUSION
DeviantART staff returned to me earlier this week, describing to me why no action could be done against this circumstance. Evidently, "Frankenstein" trace jobs and the like are too coincidental to perform serious action against. Quite personally, i am for once on the side of deviantART in this decision. If every person reported every similar or look-alike they encountered, it would be a world of mess here on deviantART. And that is not something i would want to see this forum suffer.

Nevertheless, this silly little girl has removed all her images and is crying wolf (i'd like to know what kind of attorney gets involved with a girl who has no proper legal accusations, and against THE INTERNETZ no less), and i have continued to receive support in this funny little incident.

Once again, i thank ALL of you for being such amazing internet-heroes while this was going on. You were all like brilliant vigilantes! in the good sense of the word. hehe It felt so good to have changed and grown so much from the incident of September of 2oo8, and to have felt the passionate support of so many friends and viewers, people i didn't even know. It's hard these days, what with all the struggles we face in the changing world, especially for those of us who are growing up and surviving new experiences. It's nice to know that even the simple kindness of strangers can make you feel so loved. As some of you know, i often find myself feeling alone and struggling to not be a burden to the closest people around me. This event has truly opened my eyes. Truly. So in that aspect, i have to thank that horrible little girl for this mess, because it's given me the chance to meet new people, make new friends, strengthen current friendships, and learn many new things.

I'm going to make this a public announcement to get this over with and shut her and her toadies fucking mouths.

's character 'Melayne' is an obvious and utter copycat of my Vistyne. Let's notice the similarities.

7.) Similar shape and build of outfit (note stiletos, bikini-shape and ONE arm glove)

Now i was against doing this from the start. I did not want to give this child any more attention than she deserved. However, after insulting fans or people with knowledge of my work and my older work, to whom asked her about the "strange" similarities, i'd had enough. She left this pleasant journal, [link] ,when my dear friend had something to say about the incredibly noticeable similarities. She herself even acknowledges those remarkable qualities according to the old Vistyne design (which was based on YYH fandom). Quote, "Just because my character, who is older then most think, has some attributes of the older versions of Vistyne, doesn't mean that I stole her character." -She may be an old character, but she never mentions anything about having been created before she knew Vistyne existed. I wonder why. Allow me this next comment, despite how it sounds: Nobody really seemed to give a shit. Another journal reveals how she just doesn't get the point, even when deviantART inforces it: [link] . Watchers, friends maybe, even request her not to upload it again. I don't know what image it was, but i'm assuming it was the directly copied Hiei picture. (Note off-topic that i'm still utterly confused with dA's new rules on "tracing". wtf.)

I'd also like everyone to be aware that her old account, had been watching me for quite a while, when she changed over to her new account. She never says why. I have my ideas. However, here's some arguments you can amuse yourself with; her defense to people curious about the similarities:

I later thanked TodayForYou for honoring my character. <3 Another beloved friend and inspiration for the HieixVistyne fandom, makes a very good argument, and even compliments her on her probable skills. Once again, Crimson gets in a huff and puff immediately.)

- [link] ( fights fire with fire. She's later inaccurately flagged as 'spam'. I'm assuming she said something that got her really butt hurt.)

Despite that she's been repeatedly accused or prodded for having either taken too much inspiration from my older pieces, or is blatantly copying the idea to get hits or attention, or whatever, i was kind enough to never make the accusation myself. It didn't honestly matter. I knew that Vistyne was created far before anything she had produced, and was known well enough that it would never matter in the future. Nevertheless, being this rude and obnoxious to people making innocent comments on my behalf, or defending me in an appropriate manner for that matter, really irked me. So here you have it, here's my accusation. I hope you like it.

Note that i DO NOT think that i own horns, demonesses, succubi, spiked tails, mesh, bikini shaped outfits, long hair with parts over one eye, stilettos, dragon tattoos, body scars, or names with the letter 'y' inserted instead of 'i'...But when you've created something with that entire combination packed into one, it's a little obvious where you got the idea. Not to mention, with a style that looks utterly copy-pasted from my old works.
